Domaine Marini

Domaine Marini is a family-run estate in Béru, in the heart of the Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France. Founded in the years following the Second World War by René Marini, the estate is now in its third generation, led since 2011 by his great-grandson Adrien Marini. Spanning 16 hectares of vines, the domaine has built its reputation on expressing the distinctive Kimmeridgian limestone terroir that defines Chablis, home to some of Burgundy's finest Chardonnay.

The estate is HVE-certified (Haute Valeur Environnementale) for sustainable viticulture, reflecting a long-standing commitment to environmentally responsible farming, including plots of vines more than 70 years old. Winemaking favours a traditional approach, with fermentation and ageing carried out in stainless steel to preserve the fresh, mineral character of the fruit. Domaine Marini's wines are aromatically rich and precise, marked by fine minerality and a long finish that showcase the purity of Chablis Chardonnay.
