At Quoco, we do not offer a returns policy. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to assist you if there’s an issue with your order.
Faulty Wines
If you happen to receive a faulty bottle, don’t worry! We’ll take a look at the issue and, at our discretion, either offer a refund or send you a replacement bottle.
Getting the Wrong Wine?
If your wine doesn’t match what you ordered, please let us know! We’ll arrange for the correct bottle to be sent out to you as quickly as possible.
