Mordrelle Wines' basket-pressed Grüner Veltliner is fermented in stainless steel and French oak, then rested on lees for 15 months. A savoury, succulent white with distinct root-vegetable character, preserved lemon, ginger, green almond, hay and oatmeal notes and excellent length.
