Mordrelle Wines The Gaucho Malbec
The Gaucho is Mordrelle Wines' basket-pressed Malbec from the Adelaide Hills. It shows the variety's signature inky purple-black colour, with aromas of tar, warm earth, pepper, pomegranate and fresh herbs. On the palate, dark plums and cherries meet liquorice and choc-mint, framed by grainy, shapely tannins and bright acidity.
