This Chianti Classico DOCG is a bright, approachable expression of 100% Sangiovese from Bibbiano's organically farmed vineyards in Castellina in Chianti. Light and vibrant in the glass, it offers aromas of red cherry, redcurrant and violet, with subtle notes of licorice. On the palate it's fresh and silky, with crisp acidity and ripe, fine-grained tannins. Pairs beautifully with pizza, pasta al pomodoro, or grilled chicken for an easy, everyday taste of Tuscany.
