Mordrelle Wines' Blanc de Blancs Reserve is 100% Chardonnay, matured on lees for six years. A distinctly savoury, dry sparkling wine with brioche, salted cashew, saline minerality, dried and fresh green apple, cinnamon toast and light nougat sweet-savouriness, framed by a beautiful savoury-sweet perfume and vividly frisky bubbles.
