Vinden Wines Gewürztraminer
Sourced from a dry grown block on the Somerset Vineyard planted in 2004 over red volcanic clay and weathered limestone, this Gewürztraminer is fermented on skins for two weeks before ageing eight months in large concrete tanks. The result is a beautifully floral wine with a savoury, dry phenolic grip.
Handcrafted by Angus Vinden, it pairs well with Thai curries, spiced Asian dishes or soft cheeses.
