Vinden Wines Reserve Semillon
Handpicked from the Somerset Vineyard in early February 2021, from a block planted by the Howard family in 1969 over fine clay loam soil. The juice was fermented on fine solids with extended lees contact allowed before bottling, drawing out the character of the old gnarled vines.
Expect refreshing natural acidity, citrus fruit and delicate minerality, with the structure to age gracefully over the next ten or more years. Handcrafted by Angus Vinden and Daniel Binet at 10.5% alcohol by volume.
