Vinden Wines Somerset Chenin Blanc

Sourced from the Somerset Vineyard, from a block planted by the Howard family in 2007 over fine clay loam soil. The fruit was hand picked and whole bunch pressed, with the juice transferred directly to large format seasoned French oak for barrel fermentation.

An eleven month élevage with regular bâtonnage built a creamy texture that supports the fruit and subtle oak spice. Handcrafted by Angus Vinden at 13% alcohol by volume, with minimal sulfites added.
